Hey, my name is Rafal. I am passionate about human body and mind for 15 years.

I believe that outdoor environment is the best place to be. I am constantly bringing these passions into life throughout my professional education and sport endeavors.

I am a personal coach, adventure racer, sport teacher and philosopher. I would love to share my experience and knowledge with you during individual or group sessions.
