Life is an Adventure - be prepared!

I am tremendously grateful that I has been given the opportunity to develop multiple skills and gather experience in many different fields throughout my life. From my early years I was engaged in doing sports. Starting from hiking, biking and kayaking with my family through playing tennis competitively and playing chees just to beat my brother to dancing and practicing karate at the same time. This diverse environment, and many great mentors that I have met on the way, allowed me to develop high awareness of my own body - its limitations but most importantly its amazing capabilities. As a young person I was internally motivated to test my limits (and probably also externally to show off...). This is how I started to participate in ultra-endurance sports to finally fall in love in Adventure Racing* - probably the most extreme endurance sport there is. Now, reinforcing this experience with my professional education in sport and philosophy I feel well equipped to help others achieving goals, enjoying adventures and rediscovering their bodies as natural wonders.

*Adventure Racing is an multidisciplinary team sport where competitors are racing non-stop, usually without any support on the courses ranging from 50 to even 1000 km. Moving mostly on foot, by mountain bikes or paddling. Covering the course only by using the map and compass. Races always include some special tasks such as climbing, crossing rivers or rope descending.
